…Doing a new thing

As you’re probably all aware of by now, the skinny (body) shaming I went through took a huge toll on different aspects of my life and my wardrobe was not exempt.
So this year I decided to act on my desire to completely change my clothes and start to buy items I actually want to wear as opposed to what I was wearing because I felt the need to cover up the size/ shape of my body.

I want to unapologetically blossom and showcase God’s beauty even in the way that I dress. So it’s out with the old and in new with the new, including the contents of my closet.

I hope this video inspires you to fully embrace your own sense of style and not let your circumstance or those around you, dictate how you portray yourself.

Love Always,

Broader Outlook: Taking the limits off

Towards the latter part of 2017, I decided to do a review on what I was doing, especially on my YouTube channel/ Blog. So I reached out to most of my subscribers and asked what sort of content they would like to see more of.

It was an eye-opening exercise, as it broadened my perspective, triggered my thinking cap and opened up oceans of opportunity for growth.

I’ve now decided to open the lid on a lot of things I desired to do but was holding back on for a number of reasons and I am using the feedback as a springboard to explore different areas I can cover, as opposed to having a rigid structure on how and what I post.

I’m embracing this change and seeing it, as something good for this space, as I delve into newer and different themes relating to Confident Living.
I am also really excited and thankful for what lies ahead and know that together, we can make 2018 a year to be reckoned with.

So to kick-start the year, have a look at my motivational video below and I hope it inspires you ask yourself that ONE vital question, which it's answer will help push you through.

Much Love,

P.S: If you have not already subscribed to my blog posts or YouTube channel, you may want to do so now, to avoid missing out on what I will be bringing to the table this year 😁.

I stood at the shore for so long- not able to step out, but thank God for mercy and the willingness of heart to just TRUST Him.
From this better viewpoint, I can now see further than I did before.
So look out! In this year of impossibilities become possible, He might just have me walking on water. However, I will rest assured, knowing He will be with me every step of the way as I walk through the unventured.
